Nathan’s Nonsense

     Welcome to my weblog!  Thanks for stopping by to partake of my nonsense.  Here’s a bit about me:

     I’m a student “on leave” right now, in between college (spring ‘05) and seminary (fall ‘06).  I married the woman of my dreams, Elaine, nearly a year ago in May.  God intensely blesses our lives as we walk the path He set before us.  Both of us are very new to communicating Christ in culturally relevant ways, having grown up in extremly conservative and attraction driven models.  We’re in the early stages with The Journey, Lubbock, a faith community seeking to be a voice of faith, love, and hope in the South Plains.  Right now we call Lubbock, Texas home, but we’ll be moving in June so I can attend Southwestern Seminary in Ft. Worth.  While there, we’ll partner in building the Kingdom with Mosaic Arlington. 

      The adventures of the present and future are very exciting!  Throughout the journey, I hope to capture some of my nonsense moments here on this blog.  Enjoy!  And please take part in the community by commenting with your own thoughts!
